and Cognitive Wellness.

What is Brain Gym?

Brain Gym® is a system of 26 physical activities and movements developed in the 1980s by Paul and Gail Dennison, designed to boost cognitive functions like focus, memory, and learning by promoting brain-body integration. Commonly used by children and adults to reduce stress and improve academic or physical performance, it utilizes exercises based on educational kinesiology.

Session Breakdown

Who It’s For:
Brain Gym® is ideal for students facing academic challenges, professionals looking to sharpen their mental edge, and individuals of all ages seeking better emotional regulation or physical coordination. Whether you're managing stress or looking to boost cognitive performance, these movements are designed for every body.

Why It Makes Sense:
Our brains often get "stuck" in a stress response, making learning and focus feel like an uphill battle. By utilizing specific physical movements based on educational kinesiology, we promote brain-body integration. This "unlocks" the neural pathways between the right and left hemispheres, allowing you to process information with less effort and more clarity.

Expected Outcomes & Results:
Clients typically report improved concentration, faster reading and writing fluency, and a significant reduction in performance anxiety. By the end of a session, you can expect to feel more grounded, mentally organized, and ready to tackle complex tasks with renewed confidence.

We can do 1:1 individualized sessions or small/large group sessions.
